APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION 

These Terms of Use are subject to French law. By accepting these, the user irrevocably gives exclusive jurisdiction  to French courts. Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms of Use and which cannot be previously  resolved amicably are subject, notwithstanding any plurality of defendants and/or third-party proceedings, even  for emergency procedures or interim measures in summary proceedings or by request: for disputes with one or more individuals, to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts and for disputes between professionals, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which the  Company has its registered office.
